Hot, dry summers and mild winters produce almonds with a consistent texture, a clean, mild flavor, and a nutritional profile worth noting: higher fiber and protein than most varieties, and exceptionally high in vitamin E.

We keep the ingredient list short on purpose. California almonds are already doing the work; our job is to get out of the way and let them do their thing.
