Made with almonds from California’s Central Valley (one of only five places on earth with the Mediterranean climate almonds require) this is a butter built on a rare ingredient done simply. Hot, dry summers and mild winters produce almonds with a consistent texture, a clean, mild flavor, and a nutritional profile worth noting: higher fiber and protein than most varieties, and exceptionally high in vitamin E.
